How will my order be packaged?

Packaging may vary depending what is available to me at the time, but I always ensure that receiving your jewellery and opening the package is a great experience!

All jewellery comes in a gift box.

Can I change the style of the ring band?

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Returns are only accepted if there is an issue with the piece. Please contact me within 7 days to arrange a solution.

How quickly do you ship items?

Ready made items ship in 1-2 business days, custom and made to order pieces ship in 2-3 weeks. If you need it by a specific date please contact me before ordering.

Can I have a different length or style chain?

I usually have 16 / 18 / 24 inch chains available in either Trace or Belcher. There may be an additional charge to change the chain, please pop me a message.

What are the delivery options?

UK Delivery Options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.95 (free on UK orders over £75)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.95

International Tracked (3-7 working days) - £11.95

How do I care for my jewellery?

Silver can tarnish over time, take care of your jewellery by taking it off at night and not wearing it in water.

You can easily bring back the shine with a polishing cloth.

Oxidised (blackened) areas may brighten over time, avoid polishing these areas if you want to keep the darker effect.
